As a wildlife conservationist hailing from Nairobi, Kenya, I cherish authentic experiences that connect me with local cultures and environments. During my recent business trip, I stayed in a charming accommodation that offered complimentary parking and a welcoming atmosphere, just as I enjoy at home. The hotel provided not only a pristine room equipped with air conditioning but also a balcony overlooking the picturesque village of Saturnia, where you could admire the lovely church and traditional rooftops. Mauro, our gracious host, exemplified true Italian hospitality. He guided us to excellent dining options and ensured our needs were met, even lending us a bottle opener and wine glasses. The central location made it easy to explore the area, including the famous Cascate Del Mulino.
